Ride messages — what's included
Choose exactly which details go into the texts you send about a ride — separately for the driver and the client. Tick fields on or off and watch the live preview. Client-only editors never offer internal fields (fare, plate, prep). Applies everywhere those messages are built and saves on its own.
Auto-assign policy
Tune how Auto-assign ranks drivers & vehicles. Pick a preset, or open Advanced to weight each factor. Safety & fit rules (double-booking, seat capacity, off-duty, unfit vehicle) are always enforced and can't be turned off. Applies to everyone and saves on its own.

Set a PIN
A PIN screen keeps anyone who picks up this device out of your bookings. It’s a deterrent for a lost or handed-over phone — it does not encrypt your data (that comes with the backend). Choose 4–12 digits.
Back up first — if a PIN is ever forgotten, recovery resets the app. A backup means you never lose data.
Export a backup
A backup contains your full book of business — clients, addresses, phone numbers, notes. Add a passphrase to encrypt the file so it’s useless if it’s lost or shared. Leave it blank to export a plain, unprotected file.
If you set a passphrase, you’ll need it to restore — it can’t be recovered.
